This is a family favorite. It's easy to make and satisfies everyone. You can even add some vegetables to the beef and mashed potatoes to get picky eaters to get in some veggies!

Ingredients
2 lbs
potatoes
1/2 cup
butter, melted
2 lbs
chop meat
8 oz. package
sharp Cheddar cheese
Directions

Boil the potatoes and mash them with the butter. Place the chop meat in a 13x9 inch baking pan, top with the mashed potatoes, put the whole bag of cheese on top of that and bake on high for 30 minutes. Broil for the last 1-2 minutes to make the cheese crispy and brown.

Ready in : 30 minutes, plus 1 hour cooking time
