Directions
  • Form meat into 4-5 oz patties.
  • Combine other ingredients and mix well.
  • Marinate burgers for 1 hour, longer if possible.
  • Grill burgers, rubbing with marinade until they reach desired doneness.
  • Heat marinade and spoon over burgers on serving plate.
  • For cheeseburgers:
  • Flatter burgers to about 1/4 inch.
  • Add 1 oz piece of cheddar cheese to center.
  • Fold and seal edges and form burger to about 1/2 inch insuring cheese is in the center.

 

Serve : 6-8

Ready in : 30 Minutes Plus Marinate Time
