No fancy variations here, just really, really good meatloaf, the kind that's great cold the next day in sandwiches.

Directions

Mix together all ingredients. Form the meatloaf into a loaf shape and put it not in a loaf pan but in a shallow baking dish or skillet so the grease seeps off and the meatloafgets a nice crunchy crust. Bake at 325 degrees for an hour or until the meatloaf reaches 160 degrees on a meat thermometer.

Serve : 6

Ready in : 1 hour

MMmmmm.. this was really good. The Worcestershire gives it a real kick (I think I used more like 2 "dashes", but it was good!) I second the poster's idea about sandwiches the next day. My kids loved them!
