Directions

If the turkey slices aren't thin enough, flatten them between two pieces of wax paper and pound with a mallet.

Season the turkey slices with salt and pepper. Dip them in flour, then in the neaten eggs, then dredge them in the bread crumbs.

Dry in sizzling medium-hot oil, about 1/3-inch deep, for 4-5 minutes on either side or until lightly browned. Drain on paper towels and serve with lemon wedges.

Serve : 4
