Ingredients
1 large
cauliflower
1/2 cup
Hellman's mayonnaise
1/2 cup
grated Parmesan cheese
Directions

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Wash and remove the leaves from the cauliflower, but keep it whole. Parboil for 10-15 minutes; set aside to cool. Meanwhile, stir together the mayonnaise and the cheese; when cauliflower is still warm to the touch, smother it with the mixture. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until top of cauliflower begins to get golden brown. For a nice presentation, bring to the table whole and cut into wedges.
