These are an elegant appetizer for a small dinner party, and really easy to do.

Directions

Slice a small portion of the artichoke heart bottoms off and stand upright in a baking dish. Coat top of hearts with olive oil and sprinkle with salt. Mix together goat and cream cheeses, thyme and pepper. Drop 1 Tbs. of mixture in each artichoke heart and sprinlke with bread crumbs. Bale at 400 degrees for 10 minutes or until bread crumbs are golden.

Serve : 10

Ready in : 20 minutes
