Directions

Preheat oven to 350F. Cook the spinach according to the package instructions. Mix drained, cooked spinach with the cream cheese, half the butter, and salt and pepper to taste. Stir well. Pour into 1 1/2-qt. casserole dish. Melt remaining butter in small pan over medium heat. Stir in breadcrumbs and sage; cook, stirring, 1 minute. Sprinkle butter mixture over top of casserole. Bake 20 to 30 minutes or until bubbly-hot and lightly browned.

Serve : 6

Ready in : 45 minutes

Very good. Make sure to toast the bread. I also tried it a second time with pine nuts and it worked well.
