Directions

Place chicken in a plastic zip-loc bag with salad dressing, oregano, basil, salt and pepper. Close and "mush" the bag with your hands to distribute marinade. Refrigerate for 4-24 hours. Preheat oven to 350. Cover a baking sheet with foil and spray it with cooking spray. Remove chicken one piece at a time from the bag, coat in bread crumbs and place on the baking sheet. Do not crowd pieces. Spray tops of chicken pieces with cooking spray and bake for 45 min-1 hour. Let stand 5 min before serving.

Serve : 8

Ready in : 20 minutes plus marinating time
