Ingredients
2 1/2 pounds
fresh sauerkraut
1 lb.
small waxy potatoes, sliced into quarters
1/2 pound
bacon, sliced into small pieces
3
apples, peeled and chopped
3 Tbs.
grainy mustard
2 Tbs.
caraway seeds
salt and pepper
Directions

Stir all the ingredients into the crockpot and cook on Low for 8 hours or High for 5 hours.

Serve : 6

Ready in : 4-7 hours in a crockpot

Pretty good. I added a little sugar--i think it depends on how "sour" your sauerkraut is...
