Ingredients

1 pound
lump crabmeat: 1
egg, lightly beaten: 2 Tbs.
mayonnaise: 1 tsp.
dry mustard: 1/4 tsp.
seafood seasoning: 4 Tbs.
fresh parsley, minced: 1 tsp.
minced shallots: 3 Tbs.
bread crumbs
zest from 1 lemon
butter

Directions

Mix together all ingredients except bread crumbs. Form mixture into 3-inch cakes. Coat the cakes with bread crumbs and fry in butter until golden brown.

Serve : 4

Ready in : 25 minutes

Pretty tasty, actually! I'm always amazed at how easy crab cakes are to do, and yet somehow I never think to make them. But I'd do these again, maybe adding some more herbs.
