Directions

Mix together all ingredients except bread crumbs. Form mixture into 3-inch cakes. Coat the cakes with bread crumbs and fry in butter until golden brown.

Serve : 4

Pretty tasty, actually! I'm always amazed at how easy crab cakes are to do, and yet somehow I never think to make them. But I'd do these again, maybe adding some more herbs.
