Directions

Sprinkle the meat with the salt and pepper and brown in a little oil in a skillet. Place in the crockpot. Brown the onion in the same skillet; place in the crockpot with 2 cups of the broth and the remaining ingredients except the flour and peas. Cover and cook on Low 8-10 hours or High 4-5 hours. Half an hour before the cooking is done, stir together the reserved beef broth, the flour, and little of the hot crockpot liquid. Stir this mixture back into the crockpot and stir in the peas. Cook half an hour more.

Serve : 6

Ready in : 4-10 hrs

Not bad. Chop the beef pretty small (like less than 1/2 inch) and it'll be more tender.
