This recipe reminds me of dinner at my mom's kitchen table. Moist, sweet and full of corn, it's wonderful comfort food. I've never met anyone who didn't like it. I sometimes add some cut-up sausage or red beans to it to make it a main dish.

Ingredients
1 can
creamed corn
1 can
corn
8 oz.
sour cream
1 stick
butter , softened
1 Tbs.
sugar
1 box
corn muffin mix
Directions

Preheat oven to 350. Stir all ingredients together and pour into a greased 9x13-inch pan or equivalently sized oval or round casserole. Bake for 1 hour.

Serve : 9

Ready in : 1 hour
