Welcome back, 1970s! This is my mom's old recipe, and it's still a big hit at parties--more so, since people don't serve it so much anymore, so it's more of a rarity! Serve it with crackers, veggies, or pita chips.

Directions

Mix all the ingredients together, including some of the chopped nuts. Add the seasoned salt to taste.

Form into a ball and roll in the nuts.

Refrigerate or freeze.

Serve : 12

Ready in : 15 minutes

Made it for my in-laws this past weekend, and my father-in-law just could not stop eating it! Yes, it's retro (maybe that's why he liked it--something familiar to him!) but it really is a case of "You can't eat just one."
