Directions

Place the garlic in a large bowl and pour the oil over. Shred the basil leaves, add to the garlic mixture and stir. Let sit all day.

About 2 hours before serving, chop the tomatoes in a bowl, including the seeds and juice.

About 15 minutes before serving, boil the pasta according to package directions. Drain and immediately toss the hot pasta with the cheese until cheese is melted. Toss with the garlic mixture. Serve with bread.

Serve : 8

Ready in : About 20 minutes not including marinating time

Quite good! I let the garlic sit only a couple of hours, and it might have been even better had I let it go longer. With such a simple recipe, you need depth of flavor, and this is a good way to get it, I think.
