I love these chocolate clusters since they are so easy to make and they taste great! You can also try them with other nuts - walnuts and peanuts are good.

Directions

Combine all the chocolate and cover and cook on high for 1 hour. Reduce heat to Low and cook 1 hour longer or until chocolate is melted, stirring every 15 minutes. Stir in almonds and mix well. 

Drop by teaspoonfuls onto waxed paper. Let stand until set. 

 

Serve : 3.5 dozen chocolate clusters

Ready in : 5 minutes, plus 2 hours cooking time
