I've been making this lovely relish every Thanksgiving for 35 years, and my family looks forward to it each year. It's stunning on the table, bright red and glistening—and it could not, repeat, could not be easier to do!

Ingredients
2 bags
fresh cranberries
2
oranges
2 cups
sugar, or to taste
Directions

Wash the oranges and slice into eighths, peel and all. Place half the cranberries and half the orange slices in food processor; process until very finely chopped. Transfer to a bowl. Repeat with remaining cranberries and orange slices. Stir in sugar. Chill for at least 24 hours to allow flavors to blend.

Serve : 20

Ready in : 10 minutes plus overnight chilling
