Straight out of the oven, this smells like heaven: herb-y, doughy, pull-it-apart goodness!

Ingredients
1/4 cup
olive oil
2 Tbs.
fresh rosemary, chopped
1 Tbs.
minced garlic
1 Tbs.
active dry yeast
3/4 cup
warm water
2 cups
flour
1 tsp.
salt
Directions

Preheat oven to 375. Mix all ingredients in either a bread make (dough setting) or by hand, kneading until smooth. Let dough stand for 1/2 hour. Roll dough out on a lightly greased baking sheet to about 1/2-inch thickness. Bake 10 minutes. Remove from oven and season immediately. Either cut with a pizza cutter into triangles or just tear apart as needed!

Serve : 8

Ready in : About 45 minutes

Nice! I used Herbes de Provence instead of rosemary. Bread hot from the oven is such a treat!

Mmmmmm....so good! My husband and I ate the whole thing and didn't end up having any "real" dinner at all. So much for a balanced diet!
