These stuffed mushrooms are great finger food at parties. People always think they are more complicated than they are!

Directions

  1. Take stems off mushrooms and arrange upside down on a baking sheet.
  2. Mix garlic, basil and cream cheese in a bowl and spoon into each mushroom top.
  3. Sprinkle bread crumbs on top of each mushroom
  4. Bake 15 minutes (or until hot) at 400 degrees.

Serve : 20 mushrooms

Ready in : 20 minutes prep, plus 15 minutes to cook

These are great! I thought it would be too much garlic, but it turned out to be great. Just don't expect to kiss anybody afterwards!
