These cream cheese tarts are delicious and so easy to make. They are a real favorite when we have people over. I always do blueberry, but you can try raspberry or cherry too, the base is the same. Enjoy!

Ingredients
3/4 cup
sugar
2, 8 oz packages
cream cheese, softened
1 tablespoon
lemon juice
2
eggs, beaten
20
vanilla wafers
21 oz can
blueberry pie filling
Directions

  • Blend sugar and cream cheese together in a large bowl
  • Add lemon juice & eggs and blend until smooth.
  • Line muffin cups with paper liners.
  • Place one wafer in each cup.
  • Fill each 1/2 full with cream cheese mixture.
  • Bake at 325 degrees for 25 minutes.
  • Cool.
  • Top each tart with a dollop of pie filling and serve!

 

Serve : makes 20 tarts

Ready in : 20 minutes prep, 25 minutes cooking time
