Drunken Pork Chops

Super-easy and great for a hearty family dinner when your attention needs to be elsewhere. Just add rice and a salad!

Ingredients

center cut pork chops
1 pkg.
onion soup mix
1 (12-oz.) can
beer
1 can
cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
Directions

Brown the pork chops in a pan over high heat. Place them in a single layer in a roasting pan and spoon the soup evenly over. Sprinkle with the soup mix, then slowly pour the beer over the entire pan. Cover with foil and bake at 325 degrees for 1 to 1 1/2 hours. The chops will make their own gravy and fall apart.
