Eastern Shore Crabcakes

Ingredients
1 pound
lump crabmeat

egg, lightly beaten
2 Tbs.
mayonnaise
1 tsp.
dry mustard
1/4 tsp.
seafood seasoning
4 Tbs.
fresh parsley, minced
1 tsp.
minced shallots
3 Tbs.
bread crumbs
zest from 1 lemon
butter
Directions

Mix together all ingredients except bread crumbs. Form mixture into 3-inch cakes. Coat the cakes with bread crumbs and fry in butter until golden brown.
