Directions

Combine all ingredients except the pasta in a slow-cooker; cover and cook on Low for 6-8 hours or on High for 3-4 hours. Stir in the pasta and serve. It's even better the second day!

Serve : 8

Ready in : 10 minutes plus 3-8 hours crockpot time
